Pictures from today (6-21-13)


The hot springs pool.  About 102 degrees
The hot springs cave.  It loops back into the hill side through the two openings.  Around 110-112 degrees.

I saw 3 deer and 3 turkeys today.





Very high water at this power plant.  Wish they had a better stopping and view point.  There are 3 sets of falls and none of them are real easy to see.

    Deer and Turkeys, hmmm sounds like Thanksgiving dinner to me. Was the Copper Bridge painted that way or rust? Have you witnessed more of the Horrible Flooding they are experiencing? The city of Calgary is under water up to 15 feet!

    I made it out ahead of the flooding.
    Bridge was painted or coated that color. Very shiny looking
