Considering an alterante route to get to Whitehorse.  Would be a pretty drive, but I'm not sure how hard it would be on my camper. 

Day 1
Palmer to Tok 276 miles, 5.5 hours
Tok to AK border crossing 90 miles, 2 hours
Border to Beaver Creek (Campgrounds) 20 miles, .5 hours
Alternate: Tok to Dawson City 185 miles 7 hours (gravel)
Day 2
Beaver Creek to Haines Junction 180 miles 4 hours
Haines Junction to Whitehorse 96 miles, 2 hours
Alternate: Dawson to Crooked Creek: 111 miles, 3.5 hours (mostly paved)
Crooked Creek to Whitehorse: 220 miles, 4.5 hours

Route, miles and sights planned for the first leg of my trip.  Everything is estimated and I plan on just taking things as they come.  This is all about the journey and not getting to a specific destination at a specific time. 

Day 1
Palmer to Tok 276 miles, 5.5 hours

Beaver Creek to Haines Junction 180 miles 4 hours
Haines Junction to Whitehorse 96 miles, 2 hours

Day 3
Whitehorse to Skagway 109 miles,  3 hours

Day 4
Skagway to Nugget City/Watson Lake 320 miles 7.5 hours

Day 5
Nugget City to Hyder, AK  406 miles  9.75  hours

Day 6
Hyder, AK to Prince George 437 miles 9 hours

Day 7
Prince George to Chase 361 miles 6.5 hours

Day 8
Chase to Ainsworth Hot Spring Resort B.C. 229 miles 5  hours

Day 9
Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort  to Grand Coulee Dam 218 miles 5 hours

 
Day 10

 
Coulee to Okanogan, WA 57 miles. 1.24 hrs.
Okanogan to Seattle (Cascade highway) 235 miles 4.5 hours

Day 11

·         Boeing flight museum (1 day)

 
Day 12: Return to Anchorage/Slope
