New Orleans, WW2 Museum and Confederate Civil War Museum

Walked around on Bourbon Street, saw the WWII Museum and the Confederate Civil War Museum.

Street sign has seen better days!

Some interesting old buildings.  Think this is one of those "green" buildings!

Cool interesting building entrance except for the green awning kind of wrecks it.
 US Mint.

 General Lee memorial.

Part of the fortifications from the Atlantic Wall at one of the invasion beaches of WWII
Piece from the World Trade Center
 Above ground German bomb shelter.

"My Gal Sal"B-17.  It was recovered from the Greenland ice cap where it had an emergency landing.
Seeing all the hanging airplanes reminds me of my old bedroom and all my model planes! Except these are a little cooler.

 Confederate Civil War Museum.

 Walking the streets.
