Cadillac Ranch and Staford Air and Space Museum

Stopped at Cadillac Ranch outside of Abilene TX.  Kind of interesting but not to exciting.

The paint must be 1/2"thick in some places!

Didn't have any paint, but added my own touch.
These were down the street at a camp ground.
Saw a sign for Staford Air and Space Museum so I stopped by.  Pretty cool place. Staford was involved in a lot of things, from flying in space to developing the stealth fighter and bomber.

Restored V-2 rocket engine from WWII.

 Rocket engines:

Piece of one of the solid rocket boosters that powered multiple shuttle flights.
Space shuttle engine that went to space.

Cradle that carried part of space station to space in the shuttle.
